Shipping & Return Info

There will be NO REFUNDS on personalized items if you send incorrect spelling of names, etc. However, if we make the error there will be a remake of item, but no refunds. If an item is broken upon/during delivery from shipping, customer will need to file under insurance coverage with information provided by Branding By Blanche. 

 

Turn around time on all orders are 5-7 business days.Once order is placed it could take up to 5-7 business days to process and ship orders. Example: If you order on Monday, your order will be ready to ship the following Monday, etc. However, if you order on a Saturday or Sunday it will convert to a Monday.  

Rush orders will require an additional $25 fee.
